Accessibility statement
Last updated August 2026
Abide Health Services serves members with mobility, cognitive, sensory, and other disabilities every day. We are committed to making both this website and our service experience usable by everyone.
Our commitment
We work toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.
What we do
- Semantic page structure with descriptive headings and landmarks.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons.
- Keyboard operability for navigation, links, and forms.
- Color contrast targets that meet or exceed WCAG AA for body and interface text.
- Form fields with visible labels and clear error messaging.
- Reduced-motion support for visitors who prefer minimal animation.
Accessible service, not just an accessible site
Members and caregivers may request information in alternative formats — large print, verbal walkthrough by phone, or communication through an authorized representative or case manager — at no cost. Our team can also coordinate delivery instructions that accommodate mobility, hearing, or vision needs.
Third-party content
Some content or functionality may be provided by payers, health plans, or other third parties whose accessibility we do not control. We will work with those partners when a barrier is reported to us.
Feedback and assistance
If you encounter a barrier on this site or need help accessing our services, contact us and we will respond promptly, typically within five business days.
