Abide Health Services is a medical supply and equipment distributor headquartered on Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.
We were founded on a simple observation: the people closest to patient care spend an unreasonable amount of time chasing supplies. Care coordinators fight authorizations. Practice managers sit on hold. Patients wait. We built Abide to take that work off their desks.
The company runs two lines of business. For Medicaid and managed care plans in South Carolina, we supply member DME and incontinence products and own the billing, documentation, and proof-of-delivery work end to end. For clinics and care facilities nationwide, we distribute a full med-surg catalog on standard commercial terms, backed by reps who own the order start to finish.

Brian spent seventeen years at Medline Industries, one of the largest medical supply distributors in the United States, working primarily in incontinence and durable medical equipment. He built distribution relationships across health plans, clinics, and long-term care facilities, and worked inside the contracting and reimbursement mechanics that determine whether a supply program actually functions for the people it serves.
He founded Abide Health Services to run that same playbook with fewer layers between the account and the answer — direct relationships, pricing in the open, and reps who own the order start to finish.
